LPN - Direct Offer
Position - LPN
Location - Wayne , PA
Duration Of Contract - 13+ Weeks (Extended)
Shift Details - 3 PM - 11:30 PM
No Of Hours Per Week - 40.00
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients/residents by collecting vital data, observing their condition, and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and carry out treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise, guide, and ensure quality care provided by unlicensed support staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical or vocational nursing.
- Active LPN license from the State Board of Nursing, or eligibility for licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required for skilled nursing centers or as mandated by state regulations for assisted living facilities.

Experience:
