Responsibilities for a Independent Living Manager with Phoebe Emmaus:

Responsible for directing the overall operations of Independent Living at Chestnut Ridge. Responsible for operating the respective services in accordance with the established Mission, Vision and Values of Phoebe Ministries and current applicable federal, state, and local laws; developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives as established in the annual operating plan; ensuring the department is operating in compliance with established policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; directing and supervising assigned personnel; communicating and interfacing with appropriate personnel; providing periodic management reports and daily problem solving. Drives initiatives and holds staff accountable for customer driven culture and quality assurance performance improvement.

Requirements for a Independent Living Manager with Phoebe Emmaus:

1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
2. Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3. Three (3) years in a related position preferred.
