Production Assistant
New Heights, LLC seeks a Production Assistant at our Leola, PA facility. Candidate will fill in as welder for specific-team members on specific teams when product lines are short staffed or falling behind on weekly goals, performing all major welding job duties in production for product lines; Fill in as a large assembly technician for specific-team members on specific teams when product lines are short staffed or falling behind on weekly goals, performing all major assembly job duties in production for product lines; Pull parts for welding and assembly projects, restock inventory, and ensure efficiencies in welding and assembly processes and workloads for all product lines; Report directly to the Production Supervisor on welding issues that arise in all product lines and assist in developing strategies to troubleshoot and become more efficient. Must have 6 months experience working on a welding assembly line manufacturing hydraulic and mechanical systems.
