POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated candidate who prides themselves on doing work the right way and giving the customer an excellent experience to fill this role. This individual should have extensive experience in residential/light commercial plumbing. The right person for this position will be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for career advancement within the organization.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively diagnose and repair malfunctioning plumbing systems
• Completing regular maintenance/inspection of plumbing systems/fixtures
• Ability and willingness to provide our customers with an excellent experience
• Participation in our on-call schedule for emergency services
• Work in a manner that prioritizes safety and efficiency
• Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as necessary
• Desire to continuously grow and improve through training

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5+ Years Plumbing Residential/Light Commercial Technician Experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Installation experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Mechanically experienced with a strong work ethic
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Ability to maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $35.00 - $50.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
