Expense Payables Specialist (Hybrid)

: Overview: This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Foot Locker, Inc.'s Accounts Payable group is looking to fill an Expense Payables Specialist position. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing expense payables for our businesses in US and Europe. This position will work closely with business owners throughout the company to ensure invoices are processed within established payment terms. Responsibilities:

• Review all incoming invoices for appropriate approvals
• Process all approved invoices timely and accurately
• Research problem invoices or payments to resolution
• Assist in scanning and validation of invoices through Kofax imaging solution
• Execute any special handling of expedited payments
• Communicate with expense business owners on invoice processing questions/issues
• Maintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to management
• Work with vendors to resolve any disputes or issues
• Request and review vendor statements to ensure all balances are current
• Prepare and process journal entries as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or 5+ years related experience
• PeopleSoft A/P experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plus
• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience in team leadership preferred

Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
