Venue Outreach Coordinator
About the Role BeVisionary is a fast-growing singles events company creating fun, meaningful ways for people to connect. We are seeking a proactive and personable Venue Outreach Coordinator to help expand our event footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, contacting, and securing new venues across PA, NJ, and DE for our singles events.
What You’ll Do
● Research potential venues that align with the BeVisionary brand and business model requirements.
● Confirm, call and email venue contacts to introduce BeVisionary and event partnership opportunities.
● Schedule meetings with venue decision-makers to discuss event details and negotiate terms.
● Maintain a database of venue prospects and track outreach progress.
● Collaborate with event hosts to match venues with the right event concepts.
● Follow up with venues to confirm bookings and logistical details.
Who You Are
● Outgoing and comfortable making phone calls and initiating conversations.
● Strong verbal and written communicator with persuasive and relationship-building skills.
● Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Prior sales, hospitality, or event coordination experience is a plus.
