Marketing Director

We are seeking a Marketing Director to define and lead Verifi's worldwide marketing strategy. This is a pivotal role driving our next growth phase as we expand our SaaS and IoT platforms across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

You will own the global marketing roadmap, oversee brand and demand generation, and build a high-performing international team that strengthens Verifi's position as a global leader in AI-powered sustainable construction.

Essential Functions

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a multi-region marketing strategy spanning brand, digital, and communications. -Develop and expand marketing operations to drive SaaS growth and enterprise engagement, including global event coordination and production of the soon to be launched company podcast.

• Campaign and Brand Management: Lead global demand generation, digital performance marketing, and account-based campaigns. -Elevate Verifi's brand through thought leadership, media engagement, and global events.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Commercial and Product teams to align marketing with revenue objectives.

• Customer Focus: Translate complex AI and IoT solutions into clear, customer-centric narratives.

• Market Analysis: -Lead forecasting and strategic planning, scale team capabilities, provide mentorship, and oversee global agency partnerships. -Measure Performance across channels and continuously optimize for growth and ROI

Education:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required

Required skills/experience:

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in SaaS/AI Technology.

• Proven success scaling marketing globally in high-growth or start-up environments.

• Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing.

• Skilled communicator able to translate technical concepts into compelling stories.

• Experience managing cross-regional teams and campaigns across multiple time zones.

• Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital tools.

We believe in the importance of-pay-transparency in what we offer-potential-candidates.-Provided-is-the national pay range for this position which is- $133,000.00- to- $213,000.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience-among other factors.-

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is- 25%- of base salary-based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is- $166,250.00- to- $266,250.00.- Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.-
