We’re Hiring: Flat-Rate Technician at Diehl Hyundai Ford of Sharon!

Four day work week! Up to a $10,000 Sign On Bonus depending on your qualifications!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with speed and precision
• Diagnose and fix problems in all major vehicle systems—engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, and more
• Use our diagnostic equipment to find issues and get the job done right
• Talk to customers and explain repairs in simple terms
• Work efficiently, keep things organized, and be a team player

What We Need From You:

• Valid driver’s license (a must)
• Experience working with Ford vehicles
• ASE certification (preferred but not a dealbreaker—we can help you get it)
• Ability to work on vehicles for extended periods, including overhead and bending down
• A solid work ethic and a focus on getting the job done right
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
