ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily activities of the sales group to ensure consistent growth and outreach.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales agents to help them refine their unique styles.
Set achievable, clear targets and help the group stay focused on reaching them.
Evaluate current sales procedures and refine them to make our processes smoother for everyone.
Collaborate with the leadership team to share insights on market needs and agency goals.
Foster a supportive environment where agents feel empowered to solve problems for their clients.
RequirementsCurrent P&C insurance license for Pennsylvania.
Demonstrated history of leading and developing successful sales groups.
In-depth understanding of insurance products and market trends.
Strong comfort level with sales metrics, data analysis, and CRM tools.
Ability to coach others through complex sales conversations.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is helpful, but not required if your experience speaks for itself.
