Office Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm Pay rate: $20-$23 Position Overview Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping things organized? As our Office Associate, you will be the face and voice of our distributorship. You’ll manage the front desk, handle critical accounting paperwork, and provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for great customer service, we want to hear from you. Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of administrative support experience in a warehouse or retail setting, plus 1 year of bookkeeping/accounting experience (AP, AR, and Collections).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and a mastery of professional etiquette are required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and data entry skills. Experience with multi-line phone systems is a must.
- Soft Skills: A high degree of accuracy, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Financial Management: Accurately maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). This includes auditing vendor invoices, managing collections, and preparing purchase orders and delivery tickets on time.
- Accounting Cycles: Efficiently perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
- Banking & Data: Verify and make timely deposits. You will also manage data processing by uploading and downloading handheld computer devices on a set schedule.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, friendly service to customers both in person at the front counter and over the phone.
- Database & Inventory: Maintain our dealer database and assist the warehouse team with inventory counts and researching variances.
- Office Support: Manage multi-line phones and perform all other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
