Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA(Hybrid). Candidates must have strong experience in ITSM processes and the ability to manage service requests and incident response across multiple end-user devices.

Rate Range: $18/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for user calls, incidents, and service requests, ensuring end-to-end ownership in ServiceNow.

• Log, track, resolve, and report incidents and requests in the ITSM system, maintaining accurate documentation.

• Support Windows 11 upgrade calls and fulfill assigned service requests promptly.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during incident response, providing updates and workarounds as needed.

• Manage incident and service request fulfillment for all end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

• Assist with major incident calls and provide self-service capabilities for common service desk requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk or IT support roles within enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management.

• Ability to support end-user devices (desktop, laptop, mobile) and manage major incident calls effectively with excellent communication skills.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
