About the Role

This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting day-to-day operations across several areas of the business.

You’ll be trained in multiple functions—picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and returns—so you can help where needed and keep things running smoothly.

Schedule

• Primarily weekday daytime hours, generally within the 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM range
• Flexible scheduling available
  • Can accommodate school or family schedules (for example, ending at 2–3 PM)
• Optional Saturday hours may be available

What You’ll Do

Order Fulfillment

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare shipments and ensure orders go out on time

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy
• Put away inventory in an organized manner

Returns Processing

• Inspect and process returned items
• Help maintain accurate inventory and product condition standards

General Warehouse Support

• Assist in different areas as needed throughout the day
• Help keep the workspace clean and organized

Work Environment

• Clean, organized warehouse (not loud, dirty, or industrial)
• Steady, manageable pace—not chaotic or high-pressure

• Reliable and consistent—shows up and follows through

• Willing to help where needed and learn multiple tasks

Warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person.

Physical Requirements

• Active role involving standing, walking, and moving throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Most products are lightweight (backpacking gear and apparel), though occasional heavier boxes may be team-lifted or accommodated

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.50 per hour
