Farm Market AssociateSeasonal/TemporaryIncluding Every WeekendMasonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring for a Farm Market Associate.As a Farm Market Associate, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assisting in all aspects of retail sales in the Farm Market, in a variety of Orchard related tasks including, but not limited to fruit and produce preparation and assist in supervising and training Farm Market Assistants. Our Farm Market Associate is responsible for the following: Demonstrating advanced knowledge pertaining to fresh produce, merchandising and retail sales methods to obtain optimum production results and sales outcomes.Demonstrating the ability and knowledge to maintain and record daily cash receipts. Assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly cash deposits and records.Exceling in the ability to meet, interact, and communicate with customers in a positive manner to facilitate daily sales and stimulate repeat business.Demonstrating leadership skills. Has received managerial training and assumes retail Manager on duty role when required.Coordinating training and supervision of all retail staff.
