HVAC Technician - Commercial/Industrial

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment including Boilers, Power Burners, Hydronic Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Make Up Air Units (Direct & Indirect Fired), Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Fluid Coolers, Cooling Towers, Data Room Equipment, Critical Space Equipment, Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, and Large Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Stay current with technical knowledge on new equipment and concepts.
• Assess problems and determine whether to repair or replace equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service team members.
• Maintain the highest level of professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining professional conduct.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software programs.
