Position Overview
Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for manufacturing, skilled trades, warehouse, and administrative positions in Canonsburg, PA . This on-site role is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition process and hire qualified candidates through social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and other sourcing channels.
The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while supporting hiring initiatives for multiple clients and workforce programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Utilize company ATS to create, post, and manage job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruiting sources.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, skilled trades, and professional positions.
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments to determine qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop recruiting strategies to increase applicant flow and build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Monitor recruiting metrics including applicant flow, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, onboarding documentation, and new hire communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide regular recruiting updates.
- Represent Impact Workforce Solutions at job fairs, hiring events, community outreach programs, and workforce development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven success sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.
- Manufacturing, industrial, logistics, warehouse, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance best practices preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is an on-site position based in Canonsburg, PA. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with flexibility as business needs require.
