Shift:
Monday-Friday (6pm-11pm)
Parking Garage Cleaner Responsibilities Include:
- Perform regular trash removal from designated areas, including trash cans and loose debris.
- Wipe down glass surfaces such as doors, windows, and entryways.
- Conduct routine patrols inside and around the parking garage to identify and remove litter, debris, or safety hazards.
- Maintain cleanliness of pedestrian walkways, stairwells, and elevator areas within the garage.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold, rain, or snow (appropriate gear will be provided).
- Assist with seasonal tasks as needed, such as clearing leaves or snow from walkways around the garage.
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
