Requirements
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
- Active Worker's Compensation Insurance policy
- General Liability Insurance and Non Owned Auto
- Federal EIN #
- Verifiable references
- 18 years of age minimum
- Favorable background investigation results
- You can not be a sole proprietor
