Description:
Stauffers of Kissel Hill is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Online Shoppers to join our team at the Lititz Pike Fresh Foods location. This part-time role requires availability during the day, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including flexible weekends. The position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, customer service, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As an Online Shopper, you will use designated Stauffers Online equipment and software to fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure that every order is complete, fresh, and packaged properly for delivery or pickup. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that combine online order management, customer interaction, and hands-on grocery handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shop for customer orders using Stauffers Online tools, ensuring all items are accurately selected
• Scan orders at the Online Area Register and process payments using Instacart cards
• Print bag labels and organize orders for staging areas, including Dry Goods, Cooler, and Freezer items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Online Staging area, including tablet devices, cooler cleaning, and supply management
• Collaborate with the cashier manager to ensure proper staffing and workflow
• Assign orders to Personal Shoppers and oversee completion of orders
• Bag items, scan, and label orders accurately, finalizing them in the Instacart App
• Deliver customer orders to vehicles using Instacart scanning devices to ensure all items are accounted for
• Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls and texts
• Report any issues, complaints, or discrepancies to the Pricing & Data Systems team
• May assist with cashier duties when needed
• Meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records and perform basic mathematical calculations for item quantities and currency
• Use basic Google Suite tools (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and standard smartphone/computer applications
