Golden Barrel Products Dept. - Warehouse Clerk
Essential Job Functions :
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for warehouse pick-ups and deliveries for both Honey Brook and Leola.
- Communicate with Good Food Distribution Center and Building 4 warehouse.
- Schedules appointments with carriers for warehouse pick-ups and deliveries.
- Organizes BOLs, COAs and warehouse paperwork.
- Track and record inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries in systems.
- Takes a daily inventory count of bagged products at the start of shift.
- Use Sage to compare daily physical inventory counts.
- Works with Production Supervisors to coordinate future inventory product demand for outbound orders.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities for warehouse efficiencies.
- Address internal and external concerns and resolves issues with help from leadership.
- Communicate with multiple departments to address physical inventory concerns.
- Demonstrate a commitment to company values and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Any other duties as requested, directed or assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience (Licenses and Certifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient computer skills in MS Teams, Sage, Excel, Word, Etc.
Equipment to Be Used:
- All office equipment.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to think logically following procedures and instructions.
- Good communication skills with capacity to present, discuss and explain issues logically in both written and verbal format
- Ability to be a team player, be self-motivated
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Working Hours:
- Standard working hours for 1st shift are: 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position
- Overtime may be required, and hours are subject to change based on company needs
