Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage architectural projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate various stakeholders and resources effectively.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project documentation and reporting, including progress reports and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the architecture field.
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Nice to have: experience in commercial, retail, grocery, or multifamily projects.
