As a **Security Professional - Financial Institution Patrol** in **West Chester, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the premises of financial institutions.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and perimeter to observe and report any unusual conditions or activity.
+ Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills to address incidents or critical situations that may arise during assigned shifts.
+ Document and communicate any security-related incidents or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
+ Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors to support a secure and welcoming environment at the location.
+ Remain visible and approachable during patrols to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
