Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for the disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy machines in the shop. These machines are used in processes such as galvanizing or wet drawing of commercial wire. The majority of the work will involve motor and gear maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. In addition to mechanical maintenance, the technician may work on electrical systems, PLCs, welding, and fabrication.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience on heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, etc.
• Proficiency in welding.
• Must provide own set of metric mechanic tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is a plus.
• Open to considering candidates with automotive technology and mechatronics backgrounds.
• Focused on cultural fit and a self-starter attitude.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- 40 hours PTO prorated at time of hire - 90 days in receives additional 24 hours PTO - PTO increase after 1st and 2nd year - 7 paid holidays -optional Aflac -simple IRA -Capital Blue -Principal Medical -Long term disability - Company $150 boot reimbursement every 2 years - Company uniforms provided

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 2, 2026.
