Travel Electrophysiology Technologist Job

TLC Nursing
Lancaster, PA
Embark on a transformative travel assignment as an Electrophysiology Technologist in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where your expertise can elevate patient care in complex EP procedures while you embrace a region celebrated for its warmth, culture, and scenic charm. Beginning on 12/15/2025, these weeks-long assignments offer you a clear path to deepen your skills in electro-physiology—from enabling precise arrhythmia mapping and supporting intricate ablations to coordinating device interrogations and post-procedure recovery. You’ll join a collaborative team that values meticulous technique, compassionate patient communication, and ongoing professional growth. As you envision your next chapter, consider the beauty of Pennsylvania: the pastoral Lancaster County landscapes, the historic streets of the city, and easy access to outdoor adventures along the Susquehanna River and nearby Blue Ridge foothills, plus the family-friendly charm of Hershey’s attractions, vibrant farmers’ markets, and a thriving arts scene. And because ambitious clinicians deserve wide horizons, you’ll have opportunities to work in various locations across the U.S., broadening your clinical exposure, expanding your professional network, and enriching your CV with diverse EP cases.

Location benefits extend beyond the clinic. Lancaster offers a welcoming community with affordable living, excellent local amenities, and a rich cultural tapestry that includes culinary delights, artisan shops, and festivals that celebrate regional heritage. You’ll benefit from the ability to immerse in Pennsylvania’s renowned outdoor recreation—hiking, cycling, and river activities—while maintaining a strong base that supports work–life balance. The role also opens doors to broader travel within the United States, letting you experience the varied communities you serve and the unique EP practice environments each locale presents. The combination of stable assignments in Lancaster and the potential for broader travel gives you the best of both worlds: a steady home base with exciting, professional mobility.

Role specifics and benefits: In this position, you’ll support electrophysiology procedures under the direction of physicians, contributing to complex mapping, ablation workflows, and device management. You’ll help prepare and troubleshoot advanced mapping systems, assist with vascular access and catheter manipulation, collect and document procedural data, perform device interrogations, and participate in patient education and post-procedure care. This role is designed for ongoing professional growth within electrophysiology, exposing you to a spectrum of arrhythmia substrates, trending technologies, and multidisciplinary collaboration with nurses, imaging specialists, and hemodynamics teams. The compensation package reflects competitive market standards, including a weekly pay range of 3,537–3,852 and guaranteed hours of 40 per week. You may also receive a signing bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities to reflect your valued role on long-term projects. You’ll enjoy comprehensive support from a 24/7 travel team that is dedicated to your smooth onboarding, credentialing, and continuous field support, ensuring you’re never navigating the road alone as you move between assignments. Start dates align with project needs, with the initial placement set for 12/15/2025, and the option to extend as your clinical goals evolve.

Company values: We are committed to empowering our staff, prioritizing career advancement and a supportive work environment. Our culture emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education, and transparent communication, so you can pursue specialty certifications, expand procedural proficiency, and build leadership capabilities while delivering exceptional patient care. Whether you’re establishing your EP expertise or seeking to broaden your scope with higher-volume laboratories, you’ll find a workplace that respects your expertise, listens to your ideas, and champions your professional trajectory. We emphasize work–life balance, safety, and inclusion, recognizing that your growth as a clinician also fuels stronger outcomes for the patients and communities we serve.

Call to action: If you’re ready to elevate your practice as an Electrophysiology Technologist while exploring the diverse landscapes of Pennsylvania and beyond, apply now and join a company that values your contribution and supports your development every step of the way. This is your chance to engage in meaningful EP work, expand your professional network, and experience a travel-ready path that aligns with your career aspirations and personal goals.
