About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll be the trusted expert guiding homeowners through their remodeling journey. Meeting with pre-qualified leads, you’ll present tailored solutions using state-of-the-art technology to design and sell our premium bath products. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Use an iPad to deliver engaging sales presentations to homeowners

• Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your sales skills

• Customize bath solutions using our easy-to-use design software

• Present pricing options and close deals confidently and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

• Previous in-home sales experience is preferred (especially in home improvement or remodeling)

• Reliable transportation and residency in the local area

• Confident, polished presentation skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

• Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

• Energetic, personable, and comfortable in social situations
