Junior Designer (Print + Motion)
A Telecom brand looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can bring ideas to life across print, retail, OOH, and motion/animation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across formats and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, brand-forward work.
- 20 hours/week
- Hybrid - Philadelphia, PA
- $30–32/hr
Responsibilities:
- Design compelling retail and print materials, including in-store displays, POP, promotional collateral, and digital retail screens
- Create bold visuals for Out-of-Home campaigns such as billboards, transit ads, and outdoor media
- Produce motion graphics and light animation for digital screens, social, and campaign assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and channels
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate project needs into strong visual solutions
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio showcasing print, retail/OOH, and motion/animation work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
- Ability to balance multiple projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with video editing, motion tools, or basic 3D is a plus
