Greenleaf Corporation headquartered in Saegertown, PA is a worldwide leader in manufacturing industrial cutting tools and advanced ceramic materials. We are looking for an Inventory Control Assistant to work in a team setting to monitor and adjust inventory levels and maintain consistency and accuracy of inventory files and records while working within the guidelines of corporate policy.

Essential Duties are:

• Review and process reorder reports and miscellaneous inventory reports daily.
• Enter new items into the database.
• Computer entry input.
• Fix problems with files, paperwork and data information.
• Maintain inventory files and update as necessary.
• Back-up others on the team.
• Assist with annual physical inventory.
• Work on special projects as needed.

We are looking for someone who is organized, focused, has attention to detail, and be able to process difficult projects. Candidate must possess initiative and have a strong desire to learn. Knowledge of product, processes and traveler system is beneficial. Will have a thorough knowledge of the AS400 and programs. Confidentiality is a must in this position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree would be preferred. A minimum of two years’ related job experience is preferred. Must possess above average interpersonal skills and problem solving skills. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
