Schedule :

Full-Time: Mon–Fri | 37 hours minimum/week

OR

Part-Time: Mon–Fri | 25 hours minimum/week

About the Role :
We’re hiring a Full-Time Or Part-Time entry-level Tax Administrator to support our tax team by helping clients feel taken care of and keeping key details accurate and organized.

Responsibilities :

Client Support (in-person + virtual)

• Greet and assist clients in the office with a welcoming, professional presence

• Provide in-person and virtual client support (office, phone, email, secure portal)

• Help clients understand what documents are needed and how to submit them securely

Workflow Support

• Enter client and W-2 information into tax software

• Assemble return documents, prepare packets for signature, and complete admin steps

• Organize tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, notices, ID verification, deductions, etc.)

• Update workflow trackers to ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain confidentiality and follow secure handling procedures

Requirements :

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Comfortable with Windows-based programs and learning new software

• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn

Preferred (Not Required):

• Customer service experience in an administrative setting (receptionist, front desk, admin assistant, data entry, call center, or similar).

• Interest in accounting, finance, or tax
