Job Summary: The CSR of Inside Sales role focuses on processing orders and managing customer relations to support sales operations. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in task management, and strong customer service skills. Will act as a primary liaison for customers, ensuring seamless transactions and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Process orders via email, fax, and customer portals, verifying accuracy in pricing, terms, and descriptions.
Provide timely order acknowledgements and pro-forma invoices as necessary.
Coordinate shipping to communicate logistics details to customers for order pickup.

Customer Relationship:

Oversee customer portals and respond promptly to inquiries, including requests for quotes, product literature, order statuses, and invoicing.
Guide customers to appropriate Sales Representatives based on product type and geographic location.
Address customer calls and route inquiries appropriately.

Sales Support:

Generate and follow up on quotes for standard and bulk orders, working with Sales and Production to confirm pricing and lead times.
Record customer interactions in CRM and SYSPRO systems.
Collaborate with Accounting to clarify customer payment and credit terms.
Document customer feedback and address complaints.
Issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and liaise on product issues.

Administrative Support:

Provide general support and complete tasks as needed to assist the CSR / Inside Sales functions.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with various stakeholders.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products to effectively communicate features and
• benefits to customers.
• Excellent verbal skills in grammar as well as written skills in spelling and punctuation.
