Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and safety-minded individual to join our team as a Casing Company Shop Hand. As a vital member of our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our shop. This is a full-time position that requires occasional availability on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles for various tasks, such as delivering equipment and materials, with a valid driver's license and a good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure their optimal functionality.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment, tools, and facilities to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Operate a pressure washer to clean equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of casing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Proficient in using maintenance tools and conducting basic repairs.
• Familiarity with performing daily inspections and identifying maintenance needs.
• Experience operating a pressure washer is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally.
• Strong safety mindset and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
