Role OverviewThe Managing Director, Assets, Offering Development, and Partnerships is a pivotal role designed to transform consulting successes into scalable, firm-wide digital assets. The role will be responsible for delivering complex client engagements, scaling service offerings, and new business origination.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Offering Development: Identify, formalize, and manage a library of intellectual property (IP), digital tools, AI agents and methodologies that can be deployed across multiple client engagements.

• Product Owner: Act as the Lead Product Owner for our internal "Product Store," prioritizing features based on the highest ROI for the firm's consulting arms.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Business Group Leaders to understand market demands and translate successful "local" projects into "global" digital offerings.

• Strategic Partnerships: Curate and manage a vendor ecosystem (SaaS, Tech, Data) to bridge capability gaps and add value to our core consulting services.

• Capability Stand-up: Build the infrastructure and governance models required to launch new service lines rapidly, ensuring consistency in quality and branding.

• Knowledge Democratization: Drive the adoption of these assets across the firm, ensuring consulting teams are trained and incentivized to use standardized accelerators.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another analytical area

• 15+ years proven track record in professional services or management consullting

• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on productization or offering development

• Demonstrated experience acting as a lead product owner managing the end to end lifecyle of digital assets

• Expert level experience in curating and managing vendor ecosystem to fill capability gaps and enhance core service offerings

• The candidate will possess a strong personal brand and deep market-making relationships resulting in a robust flow of inbound calls and bookings

• A successful track record of revenue generation annually
