OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Reading, PA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Reading, PA, you'll run long-haul dry van routes across the country, delivering freight safely and on time while collaborating with a driver-focused operations team.

Typical Day:

• Operate OTR lanes, complete pickups and deliveries, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications & Offerings:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
• Modern trucks (<3 yrs) with APUs, inverters and sleepers, reliable in-house maintenance, home every two weeks and full benefits.
