Schulson Collective is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead Pearl & Mary , our acclaimed raw bar and seafood‑driven concept in the heart of Philadelphia. This role is designed for a polished, strategic operator with exceptional leadership instincts, a commanding presence on the floor, and a proven ability to deliver excellence in a high‑volume, high‑profile environment.

The General Manager will serve as the operational and cultural anchor of Pearl & Mary, shaping the guest experience and driving the performance of one of our most beloved concepts. This leader will oversee a dynamic FOH team, uphold elevated service standards, and partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience from raw bar to dining room. This is a high‑visibility role within a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding restaurant group.

• Lead all FOH operations with a focus on precision, consistency, and elevated seafood‑centric hospitality

• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing management team and hourly staff

• Drive financial performance through disciplined cost control, labor management, and operational systems

• Maintain a polished, authoritative presence on the floor, setting the tone for service, energy, and team culture

• Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH alignment and execution

• Uphold rigorous service standards and ensure every guest interaction reflects Pearl & Mary’s reputation for refined, approachable excellence

• Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership on long‑term planning and operational growth

• 4–6+ years of senior management experience in upscale, fine‑dining, or high‑volume chef‑driven environments

• Proven ability to lead large teams with confidence, clarity, and high expectations

• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in cost control, labor management, and operational performance

• A leadership style that commands respect, inspires excellence, and fosters a positive, team‑oriented culture

• Exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest‑focused presence

• Experience with seafood, raw bar, or coastal‑inspired concepts is highly valued
