We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will help us bring excellent service to our customers by supporting them as they use our software to grow their businesses.

Location

Lancaster PA

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle technical inbound support calls and tickets
• Manage inbound support emails
• Manage support tickets in timely manner
• Maintain and grow client relationships by providing support, training, information & guidance
• Troubleshoot highly technical client facing issues and determine the best path to resolve
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing results

Specific Qualifications:

• Have a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Ability to self-teach, research and test to determine the best resolution of support tickets
• Aptitude for technology, including strong Windows knowledge and PC hardware basics
• Software technical experience
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
• Call center, customer service/business process experience

Bonus Qualifications:

• Financial experience
• Experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and/or SQL a plus
