We're hiring a full-time W-2 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  to provide school based services  for the 2025-2026 school year. Whether you're an experienced school SLP or new to the field, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the real challenges and joys of this work—and is here to help you thrive.

Position Details

• Caseload Type: Varies, supporting maternity leaves
• Hours per Week: 37.5
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, school hours
• Start & End Date: August 2025 - June 2026
• Onsite position

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid professional educator license for the State of Pennsylvania
• Pennsylvania Department of Education Certificate
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFs considered with supervision available
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
