**About the Role**
Join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team building high-quality products that support critical infrastructure. As an Assembler, you'll work with precision tools and technical documents to ensure every product meets exacting standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components using blueprints, schematics, and work orders
+ Use hand tools and torque wrenches for accurate builds
+ Inspect parts for damage and verify structural integrity
+ Read and interpret BOMs, drawings, and CAD files
+ Perform visual inspections and troubleshoot errors
+ Assemble copper bussing with correct spacing and alignment
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Communicate job progress and report part shortages or issues
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and support root cause analysis
**What You'll Bring**
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and in a team setting
+ Solid communication and problem-solving skills
+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
+ Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques
+ Basic computer skills and ability to read CAD designs
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Manufacturing experience preferred

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
