What your day looks like
At our Linwood, PA 19061 facility, you’ll join a fast-moving production line where precision and teamwork drive everything we do. You’ll start by reviewing work orders and specifications, set up your station and tools, and then assemble components to exact standards. Throughout your shift, you’ll run safe, efficient equipment operations, verify product quality, and keep your area organized and ready for the next build.
Core impact- Assemble products to documented specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Operate production machinery and hand tools with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Perform in-process and final quality checks to uphold company standards.
- Sustain a clean, orderly, and well-stocked workstation.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit daily output and delivery targets.
- Flag defects, variances, or equipment issues to your supervisor quickly.
- Grow your skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
First and second shift options are available. Flexibility for overtime may be needed based on production demand.
What you bring- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
