3 2 Get Ready Childcare Learning Center in Philadelphia, PA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join their team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans that promote early childhood development
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for all children
• Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom aides
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and communicate updates to families
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and guardians through consistent communication
• Ensure classroom compliance with state childcare regulations and licensing standards
• Manage daily routines including circle time, meals, nap time, and transitions

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
• Prior experience as a Lead Teacher or in a childcare/preschool setting
• Knowledge of PA childcare regulations and early learning standards
• Current Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances (or willingness to obtain)
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for child development
