This modern and well-established dental practice in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, offers a patient-centered environment supported by advanced digital technology, including CBCT and iTero scanning . The office features eight operatories , three hygienists , and a collaborative team culture focused on providing comprehensive, high-quality care. The practice maintains a steady patient flow and is seeking an additional dentist to replace a departing provider and support continued growth.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a General Dentist to join a reputable practice offering flexibility for either part-time or full-time scheduling. The incoming dentist will work alongside an experienced provider and a highly trained clinical team to deliver exceptional general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. This role offers a well-balanced schedule, strong earning potential, and the ability to build lasting patient relationships in an established community practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad range of general dentistry services with an emphasis on patient comfort and education.
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans using modern diagnostic and digital tools.
• Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to maintain high clinical standards and efficient operations.
• Foster long-term patient trust and loyalty through compassionate, ethical care.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Pennsylvania dental license in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and clinical skills.
• Experience with digital scanning and CBCT preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $800–$900 daily rate or 34–36% of adjusted production , depending on experience.

Schedule:

• Part-Time: Thursday and Friday
