Position Overview

AquaSafe Pool Management is hiring Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technicians to support spring preparation for the 2026 pool season . This role focuses exclusively on vacuuming and brushing pools to prepare them for opening.

This is a 30–40 hour per week position with the opportunity to transition into a Supervisor, Pool Manager, or Lifeguard role for the remainder of the 2026 season.

• Vacuum and brush 20–30 assigned pools within a designated service area

• Remove debris, algae, and buildup from pool surfaces

• Ensure pools are clean and prepared for seasonal opening

• Follow AquaSafe safety and quality standards

• Communicate progress and any maintenance concerns to management

This role does not require chemical balancing, repairs, or technical service work.

• 30–40 hours per week

• Primarily weekday daytime hours

• Spring seasonal position with continuation opportunities into summer 2026

High-performing team members may transition into:

• Pool Supervisor

• Pool Manager

• Certified Lifeguard

Advancement is based on attendance, performance, reliability, and willingness to learn .

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable with physical activity, including repetitive movement

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Prior pool or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

• Consistent hours during the Spring and Summer seasons

• Competitive hourly pay $16.00-$20.00 based on experience.
