ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Zelienople PA 16063 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $17/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Assembler will perform a variety of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in manufacturing, as no prior experience is necessary and comprehensive training will be provided.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance/troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line to ensure products meet strict quality specifications.
• Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform basic math calculations as required.
• Utilize basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes, to ensure precision.

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience (we will train).
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus; ability to read, write, and comprehend specifications in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
• Must be able to report to work on a regular, punctual basis and work flexible or extended hours if needed.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move at least 50 pounds.
