As a Coach at EpitomeFit, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health and wellness of clients over forty as well as all ages and fitness levels. You will implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs, fostering a culture of well-being, vitality, and fun within the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand member goals and needs.

- Develop and deliver engaging small group fitness sessions and one-on-one training sessions.

- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients on their fitness journeys.

- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to promote a holistic approach to health.

- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve service.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification/Experience in the fitness or wellness field.

- A passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate individuals.

- Experience working in a team-oriented environment and collaborating with colleagues.
