REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Pediatric anesthesia: NICU, ENT, dental, GI, MRI, general surgery, orthopedic (no spine)

• Adult anesthesia: General cases

• Medical direction and solo cases

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC accepted)

• Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (Pediatric fellowship required)

• DEA: Active DEA required

• Certifications: ACLS, PALS

• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-training

• Other Qualifications: Ability to work with both pediatric and adult patients

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia services for pediatric and adult patients

• Perform solo cases and provide medical direction for CRNAs

• Cover weekday, overnight pager call, and weekend beeper call

• Respond to pediatric cases while on pager call (30-minute response)

• Ensure safe, effective perioperative care in line with hospital protocols
