Hall Industries, Inc. is currently looking for a full-time qualified 1st Shift Maintenance Technician for its Ellwood City, PA. location.

Job description and Requirements
· 3 years minimum experience related to industrial maintenance, including, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
· High School Graduate and either trade school certification or related on the job training
· Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment and machinery according to established maintenance schedules. This may include lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of components to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
· Diagnose equipment malfunctions or breakdowns by identifying root causes through systematic troubleshooting techniques. This may involve using diagnostic tools, reading equipment manuals, and consulting with other team members to determine the best course of action.
· Perform repairs on malfunctioning or damaged equipment to restore functionality. This could involve replacing faulty components, repairing electrical or mechanical systems, and conducting calibration or alignment procedures as needed.
· Assist in the installation, modification, or upgrade of manufacturing equipment and machinery to enhance performance, efficiency, or safety. This may involve retrofitting existing equipment with new components, installing automation systems, or implementing technology upgrades.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment maintenance histories. Documenting maintenance tasks helps track equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and plan future maintenance activities effectively.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others. This includes following lockout/tagout procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and complying with safety regulations and standards.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (varies if working overtime)
Afternoon shift 3:30pm-12:00am (varies if working overtime)
2nd shift differential of 10% hourly rate
Occasional optional Saturdays 5:00am-1:00pm
