Process Analyst

Position at Keystone Powdered Metal Company

Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Process Analyst who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Quality and Standards Lab Supervisor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform dimensional inspection of Keystone production tooling.

· Set up and operate all testing equipment at home location.

· Perform First Piece and Annual Layout inspection.

· Assist in the completion of quality and engineering submissions. (PPAP, etc.)

· Assist Production, Tooling, and Engineering personnel in maintaining dimensional process control and in problem prevention.

· Interpret Inspection Plans and Blueprints.

· Perform departmental maintenance as required.

· Assist in developing procedures and writing reports.

· Work compatibly with all associated departments.

Qualifications

· Able to read and understand written documents and procedures.

· Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, use math formulas and solve basic equations.

· Has an understanding of decimals, fractions, percentages and averages.

· Able to legibly record process/product data and records.

· Show basic computer skills to enter and interpret data.

Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
