Customer Service Representative
Tremendous long term contract opportunity (2 years) for an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative for the nation's leading competitive electricity energy provider.
Pay: $26.50 per hour
Location: 2301 Market St Philadelphia, PA 19103
Hours: 8 hour shift between 7am and 7pm (40 hrs/wk)
Contract: 8/18/25 - 8/17/27
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Providing information about products or services, including detailed explanations of features, pricing, and specifications.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior customer service representatives or management.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or higher
- 1+ years of fast-paced call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer focus.
- Able to handle difficult or challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong MS Office (Excel, Pivot tables, advanced charts, worksheets, etc).
- Proficiency in analytical tools
