We are adding a Senior Pharmaceutical Production Compounder to support our global Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) specializing in GMP micronization and milling for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee pharmaceutical processing equipment
- Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP standards
- Perform equipment setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance
- Record production data, material usage, and any deviations
- Manage material inventory and storage
- Prepare raw materials for production
- Assist with weighing, labeling, and packaging of finished products
- Work cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and logistics
Requirements
- High school diploma with 3-5 years of GMP manufacturing experience in granulation, milling, or compounding
- Forklift or material handling experience
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
