Instructional Designer
Job Responsibilities
Discuss training needs with department leaders, and employee feedback.
Create role-specific training paths and resources.
Develop machine training programs with content to technical skill level and operational needs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers to design training materials.
Modernize legacy training content by migrating and updating materials into current platforms.
Review team-developed courses to ensure functionality and accuracy with learning objectives; provide feedback to enhance content quality and user experience.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or SAP.
2 years of hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Familiarity with platforms like Litmos, Docebo, Cornerstone, Canvas, Absorb, Moodle.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness using metrics, feedback, and performance data.
Ability to travel 10%
