- Lead field operations on projects ranging from $100K-$15MM.
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite activities, scheduling, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Coach field staff and ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient worksites.
- Proven field or supervisory experience in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on ability and familiarity with layout/survey work.
- Computer proficiency and valid driver's license.
- $60K-$90K annual salary (based on experience)
