Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible roadways during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of snow removal techniques and possess the ability to operate various types of snow plowing equipment effectively. Perform labor such as shoveling and operating the salt spreader. Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Duties :

• Snow removal by shoveling and operating spreader to distribute de-icing materials
• Report safety-related issues with the equipment or at sites with the Account Manager or Zone Site Manager
• Attend and participate in scheduled training sessions as required
• Always ensure the safety of people first
• Available 24/7 during snow season

Required Experience:

• Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience
• Mechanical understanding of equipment in the industry
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs. 8-10 hours per day
• Ability and willingness to work in various weather conditions 6-18 hours per day

Skills Needed:

• Time Management
• Ability to bend, squat, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Ability and willingness to work in bad weather and have waterproof clothing
