Job Title: Remote SDR (FinTech SMB)
Salary: $50k Base, $85k OTE + Benefits, 401k
Requirements: SaaS SDR / BDR

We offer an intuitive web-based CRM for financial advisors.

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100+ employees.

Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote SDR with the following experience:

• SaaS SDR

Experience with the following is a big plus, but not required:

• FinTech/ WealthTech experience
• Experience selling to/working with Financial Advisors, RIAs, Financial Planners is a HUGE plus, but not required

Your role will be to break into Financial Advisement firms and schedule demos and meetings with your Account Executives.

You will sell to small-medium sized firms, so you will often be calling on and working directly with the decision maker.

You will do a high volume of outbound prospecting, convert prospects, and schedule demos.

What You Will Be Doing

• Outbound prospecting (75 calls with a power dialer)
• Convert prospects and schedule demos
• Strategize and identify target customers
• Collaborate with AE and sales team
• Generate, hit, and, exceed sales goals
